PHARM. (MRS) OLUYEMISI MORADEKE OYEWO

B.Pharm. (Hons), M.Inf.Sc., MPSN

Mrs Oluyemisi Moradeke Oyewo was appointed the Provost of the College on 1st September, 2023. She attended the University of Ibadan where she graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Honours degree in 1987 and a Master in Information Science (M.Inf.Sc.) in 2006. She is a Pharmacist with a strong professional background rooted in healthcare with positions spanning different areas of Pharmacy practice; hospital, community and administrative Pharmacy.

She joined the services of Oyo State Government in July, 2000 as a Pharmacist Grade 1 in the Ministry of Health from where she rose to become a Director of Pharmacy. She was posted to Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, Eleyele, Ibadan as the Head of Department, Pharmacy Technicians’ Training in September, 2011. She served as the Deputy Provost between September, 2015 and June, 2022, later becoming the Acting Provost from June 27, 2022.

She has attended and facilitated many workshops, conferences and seminars and has also published a number of articles in reputable journals. Her vision is to transform the college to a top-notch training school for producing outstanding middle-level healthcare professionals.
