A. DIPLOMA FOR HEALTH TECHNICIANS (DIRECT ENTRY)
4 O’Level Credit passes in WASCE or NECO in four subjects including English language, Mathematics, Biology and any other Science subject in not more than two sittings.
Duration: 3 years (Six Semesters)
B. DIPLOMA FOR HEALTH TECHNICIANS
Academically qualified Health Assistant who has a minimum of two years working experience with 4 Credit passes O/L in WASCE or NECO Exam, which includes English language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any Social Science subject.
Duration: 2 years (Four Semesters)
C. CERTIFICATE FOR HEALTH ASSISTANTS
(Location of Training is Satellite Campus, Okeho, Kajola Local Govt, Oyo State)
5 O’Level passes in WASCE or NECO Examination which must include English language, Biology/Health Science and any other two subjects.
Candidates with lower qualification but with working experience in the health sector may be considered.
Duration: 2 years (Four Semesters)
2. DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT HEALTH
A. DIPLOMA IN HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION
(Location of Training is Satellite Campus, Okeho)
4 credit passes in GCE, SSCE, NECO or Grade II, to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any one(1) subject.
Duration: 2 years (Four Semesters)
B. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY
5 Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
Duration: 2 years (Four Semesters)

3. DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH
A. DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (CHEW)
i. WASCE, SSCE, NECO or GCE O/L with (5) credits at more than two sittings, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Duration : 3 years (Six Semesters)
ii. Junior Community Extension Workers with 2 years’ post qualification experience in addition to the above requirement mentioned, and applicant MUST be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN) and posses a valid practice license.
Duration: 2 Years (Four Semesters)
B. CERTIFICATE IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (JCHEW)
5 credit passes in WASCE or NECO Examination in English, Mathematics, Biology and any other two subjects at not more than two sittings.

4. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
A. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Chemistry or Physics and any other subject at not more than two sittings.
Duration: 3 years (Six Semesters)
B. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
5credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in GCE, SSCE, or NECO.
Duration: 2 years (Four Semesters)

5. DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACY TECHNICIANS’ TRAINING
CERTIFICATE FOR PHARMACY TECHNICIANS
5 credit passes in English Lang., Mathematics, Biology ,Physics and Chemistry in any of GCE, SSCE, WAEC OR NECO in not more than 2 sittings.
Duration: 3 years (Six Semesters)
6. DEPARTMENT OF ORAL HEALTH SCIENCE
A. PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA FOR DENTAL SURGERY TECHNICIANS
5 O/L credit passes in Biology, Mathematics, English Lang., Physics and Chemistry in not more than 2 sittings.
Duration: 3 years (Six Semesters)
B. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN DENTAL THERAPY
5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in GCE, SSCE, or NECO.
Duration : 2 years (Four Semesters)

8. DEPARTMENT OF NUTRITION AND DIETETICS
A. NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NUTRITION AND DIETETICS
5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in GCE, SSCE, or NECO.

B. DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
5 O'level passes in English Language, Mathematics, Geography and any other two subjects from Economics, Biology or Chemistry.

5 O/L credit passes in English Lang, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics, Chemistry and a minimum pass in Yoruba Lang at not more than 2 sittings in GCE/SSCE, NECO OR WAEC.
