Mrs Olanase Adeola Adijat is an accomplished and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in finance and accountancy. Born on September 9th, 1966, she is a native of Ibadan in Oyo State, specifically from Akinyele Local Government. Her educational journey has been characterized by a pursuit of excellence and a commitment to knowledge.
Her academic foundation was laid at Wright Memorial Primary School in Shomolu, Lagos, where she obtained her primary school certificate from 1973 to 1979. She then continued her education at Anglican Secondary Grammar School, Oyedeji in Ibadan, from 1979 to 1984. These formative years cultivated her passion for learning and paved the way for her impressive academic achievements.

Olanase's thirst for knowledge led her to The Polytechnic of Ibadan, Nigeria, where she obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from 1998 to 2001. She further expanded her academic horizons by earning a B.Sc. in Accountancy from Tansian University, Umunya, Nigeria, in 2014.

She began her professional trajectory as a Personal Assistant III at the Oyo State Civil Service Commission, where she honed her administrative skills. Subsequently, she transitioned into the role of an Internal Auditor from 1990 to 2000, demonstrating her proficiency in financial management.
Her contributions extended to the Local Government Service Commission, where she served as a Reconciliation Officer from 2000 to 2001, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability. Olanase's dedication to her field continued at the Oyo State Board for Technical and Vocational Education, where she held the position of Ag. Accountant/Personal Emolument Officer from 2001 to 2005, playing a crucial role in financial management.
With a reputation for excellence, Olanase took on the role of a Pension Paying Officer at the Oyo State Pension Board from 2005 to 2009, contributing to the financial well-being of pensioners. Her dedication remained unwavering as she assumed the role of an Accountant at the Oyo State Library Board from 2009 to 2013, and later as Deputy Director of Finance and Account at the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy from 2013 to 2017.

Her ascent within the civil service continued as she became the Director of Finance and Account at the Oyo State Civil Service Commission from 2017 to 2019. In her current role as Bursar at the Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, she oversees financial operations with meticulous precision and unwavering commitment.
